Day 1 – Welcome to Iceland
On your first day in Iceland, you will land at Keflavík International Airport. Once you have your bags, hop aboard a bus that will take you across the lava landscapes of the Reykjanes Peninsula to Iceland’s capital, Reykjavík. Once in the city, you’ll find your accommodation in the downtown district, which means that close by are some of Reykjavík’s most iconic attractions.

Day 2 – The Golden Circle
After breakfast, a guide will pick you up to take you on a 3-day tour of South Iceland. You’ll start with the three sites that make up the Golden Circle, Iceland’s most popular sightseeing route: Þingvellir National Park, Geysir Geothermal Area, and Gullfoss Waterfall. You’ll end the day at a nearby comfortable countryside hotel where you’ll spend the night.

Day 3 – South Iceland & Glacier Hike
Today, you’ll explore the wonders of Iceland’s South Coast. You’ll see beautiful waterfalls and stretches of black sand beaches as you travel, with views of majestic glaciers to the North and the roaring waves of the Atlantic Ocean to the South. You’ll then go and explore one of these glaciers further on a thrilling glacier hike. At the end of the day, you’ll spend the night at accommodation on the South Coast.

Day 4 – Boat Ride on a Glacier Lagoon
Today, you’ll visit Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, where icebergs float on a serene lake. You’ll board a slow-paced amphibious boat that can zigzag between the ice, providing you with a fantastic view of the whole lagoon. After you’ve explored the lagoon and the nearby Diamond Beach, you’ll head back to Reykjavík, but with a few stops first. Your knowledgeable local guide will show you some of their favorite places on the South Coast, some hidden gems not mentioned in any guidebook.

Day 5 – Snæfellsnes Day Tour
Waking up in Reykjavík, you’ll begin the day with breakfast at the hotel. Afterward, a guide will pick you up and whisk you out of the city for an adventure in West Iceland. You’ll travel through green farmlands that turn into lava landscapes once you reach the beautiful Snæfellsnes Peninsula. There, you’ll explore beaches, waterfalls, and mountains. At the end of the day, you’ll return to your hotel in Reykjavík.

Day 6 – Leaving Iceland
After an unforgettable few days in Iceland, it is time to bid farewell to this land of fire and ice. If your flight leaves in the afternoon or evening, you can do some exploration around the downtown area. Once it is time to head to the airport, you will board a bus that will take you across the lava fields of the Reykjanes Peninsula to the airport. Then, there is nothing left but to board your plane with incredible memories in your luggage.
