You’ll arrive at Keflavík International Airport, a short drive from the country’s capital, Reykjavík. After collecting your bags, find a bus that will take you to the city, where you’ll spend your first night in Iceland. Feel free to explore your surroundings, and who knows? Perhaps you’ll catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights.

In the morning, you’ll meet your friendly guide, who will pick you up in a small but comfortable minibus. They will take you out of the city and to the Golden Circle, Iceland’s most popular sightseeing route. It serves as a great introduction to this fascinating country. At the end of the day, you’ll return to your accommodations in Reykjavík.

On your third day in Iceland, a professional guide will pick you up in the morning. You’ll then head out to Iceland’s South Coast, an area filled with glistening waterfalls, glaciers, and black sand beaches. You’ll end the day at accommodations on the South Coast. Your guide will let you know if there is a chance the elusive green Northern Lights will make an appearance tonight.

Wrap up warm because today, you’ll have some icy adventures! You’ll start with a visit to the beautiful Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon and the adjacent Diamond Beach. Afterward, you’ll strap on crampons and, accompanied by a trained glacier guide, enter a bright blue ice cave! Then, it’s time to head back to Reykjavík, where you’ll arrive in the evening.

Today is your last day in Iceland. When the time comes, you’ll board a bus that will take you to Keflavík International Airport so you can catch your departing flight. If your flight leaves in the afternoon or evening, you can explore Reykjavík before you go or, perhaps, visit the Blue Lagoon.
