Frequently asked questions
Yes, it is possible to add extra days/nights in Reykjavík before or after the tour. Adding an additional person is also possible but will depend on availability at the time of booking that extra person.
With a Small-Group Guided Package, you’ll get to see the beautiful Icelandic nature accompanied by a professional driver and guide. You won’t have to do any driving, and you’ll get insider information about the country and culture. The tour is in a small group, meaning that you will have a longer time at each destination, and spend less time waiting around for your fellow travellers. With a Self-Drive Package, you will have your own vehicle and serve as your own guide.
On a Small-Group tour, you will travel around Iceland with no more than 17 other people in a minibus. With a Privately Guided Package, however, you will go on a tour with a personal driver and guide. You will be in a smaller vehicle and will share the experience exclusively with your party.
Group sizes are maximum 18 passengers and are conducted in minibuses with about 19 seats.
Depending on availability, it is possible to change the date of your package for a service fee of 5,000 ISK for each day that needs to be altered.
Yes! When booking your package, you will have the option to customise the days of your tour by adding an activity such as glacier hiking, horse riding or whale watching. If you don’t see the activity that you want, just contact us, and we will see what we can do.
No. So please make sure to read over the voucher we provide you to see who the service provider is. The service provider is the company that will pick you up. You will also find the pick-up time on your voucher as well as information about the pick-up location.
Pick-ups can sometimes be late. Often it is due to weather or traffic. If, however, they are going to be very late, the service provider will contact you and let you know their status. That is why it is essential that you provide us with the correct contact information when booking.
