Need to cancel your tour? Don't worry, Traveo's cancellation insurance has got you covered.
How does it work?
When you book a tour*, you’ll be asked if you’d like to add the cancellation insurance to your cart. With it, you can cancel the package up to 48 hours before the tour start date and receive a full refund — minus the insurance cost, of course. Just make sure you let us know before 4 PM (GMT) at [email protected]
Imagine, you were impatiently waiting for your vacation, and one week before your departure, you break your ankle, get called into jury duty, or there is a global pandemic. You can’t leave and will likely be disappointed, but with Traveo’s cancellation insurance, you’ll at least be reimbursed.

How much is the Cancellation Insurance?
The price for the insurance is based on the length of your package. The base price is 5,000 ISK per person, and it applies to all packages with a duration of five or fewer days. An additional 1,000 ISK per person will be added to the base price for each day after the first five.

The cancellation must be made more than 48 hours before your arrival date and must reach us before 4 PM (GMT). To cancel your booking and claim your refund, simply contact [email protected].
